Here at Joe Black Coffee and Tea we work to the highest possible hygiene standards and take the health and safety of our customers, staff and visitors very seriously. In addition to Level 5 Government Hygiene rating we also hold ISO2200 Certification for food safety management systems. In addition to these we have implemented additional Covid-19 safety measures across our whole site and closely follow current government guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
Staff are temperature checked and confirm symptom free prior to entering premises. Staff are continually trained in the highest hygiene standards and are regularly monitored. We operate a split shift pattern to reduce staff on site.
Extra Measures include additional hand washing and sanitising, additional cleaning across whole site including delivery vehicles both at the start and during each drivers shift.
Social distancing on site as standard.
We welcome customers who wish to collect orders directly from our main office on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10am and 4 pm, we do request that you call to pre order your goods and where possible pay by contactless payment. We also respectfully remind customers of the latest guidelines regarding the wearing of face coverings in enclosed spaces and shops.
In order to safely welcome clients to our roastery please ensure you make an appointment, do not attend if you have any Government listed symptoms of Covid-19, we will provide suitable face coverings, have hand washing facilities and sanitsier freely available.
Our sales support team will be making visits to venues, please feel free to request a visit we are here to help. While our team are in venue they will follow standard government guidelines as well as any implemented within the venue, please don’t be offended if we don’t shake hands!
