White Tea Loose Leaf
This special tea is a blend of white Pai Mu Tan teas with some Jasmine Flowers and Rose Petals layered through to give a wonderful light tea full of flavour with a heady aroma.
Brewing Method:
Use 1–1½ teaspoons of loose-leaf tea per 8 oz of water. Heat water to 75–80°C and steep for 2–3 minutes. Avoid boiling water to maintain the tea’s gentle character. Enjoy plain to appreciate its pure, nuanced taste.
